Newsletter – July Week 2
Dear Parents / Carers,
KS2 and Early Years have taken part in their sports events this week. They all showed a great deal of determination and cheered each other very loudly. There are some pictures on the website for you to have a look at.
Well done to all of the children and thank you to the staff for making this such a fun and exciting event for the children.
A few shout outs ….
KS2 – Joshua for super fast running. Roman, Maddison, Evelyn and Imogen for their long distance running and all of Yr 6 for supporting each other with so many children out of the class.
Early Years – Grace and Finley for super fast running, Liv and Daniel for fantastic efforts with the egg and spoon race, Frank and Gwyneth for their super efforts in the obstacle race. A special mention to the football socks and star socks in Nursery which made Jackson and Joel run really fast!
The nursery children have met Miss Razzaq, who will be their teacher in Reception class. They all introduced themselves and showed off their wonderful handwriting skills. Miss Razzaq met a few nursery parents as well. She will be here on Monday to hopefully meet some more parents before September.
Children are back to school on Thursday 2nd September. (the current nursery moving to Reception will be Monday 6th)
