On Thursday, our year 1 class went to Peake Wildlife Park to see and learn about the animals that are there. This half-term, the children have been finding out about penguins ready to make their very own fact file, so to go and see some real-life penguins was a real treat!
Matthew said, "I just can't believe it, I have seen a real penguin!"
The year 1 class also had the fun of feeding the Wallabies. They were so gentle and were definitely one of the highlights. Throughout the day, our children were super and loved every minute, which was a real pleasure for their teacher, Mrs Harris to see. #DoWhatMattersMost #SucceedTogether
